Kashing is a playable centaur knight in Shining Force Gaiden and Shining Force CD.
Background[]
Kashing is one of the survivors from Guardiana. He was part of an army sent to invade Cypress. They were soundly defeated, with only Kashing and a few others managing to escape. Sneaking around the Death Tunnel in search of a way to rescue the captives in Gundoll Fort, he heard the approach of a rescue force led by Nick and managed to warn them about the exploding mushrooms. Shortly after, he joins the force.
He is light-skinned with a grey body and grey hair. His armor color is yellow.
Personality[]
Kashing is a valiant and persistent knight. He clings fast to his pride.
Strategy[]
Kashing has the highest Defense of any knight in Shining Force Gaiden or Shining Force CD for most of the game, surpassed only by Randolf as their levels reach their max. If you wait to promote at level 20, he'll stay ahead of even Randolf, and his HP is high even when promoted at 10, making him one of the best tanks available. To complete the picture, his Attack is average for a paladin, making him an overall excellent choice for the Force. Put him at the front lines as a shield for your more vulnerable characters, but take care not to let him get too far ahead of the pack with his 7 Mov.
