|A young Jaha in Shining Force II|
|Class||Warrior -> Gladiator or Baron|
|Appearances||Shining Force II: Ancient Sealing|
Jaha tends to be lazy, always showing up late for class. It is suggested that he is not a bright student. He is easily the strongest member of the force early in the game.
Jaha mimicks Lug's early game Warrior/Gladiator role and is a early game frontline fighter. He is balanced overall though has a waning HP growth and a low speed growth. Compared to Randolf he has a better defence growth as a Warrior.
Jaha can be promoted to Gladiator, or alternatively, become a Baron. If promoted to Baron, he will end up changing partners from Randolf to Lemon, the games only Blood Baron. If promoted to Gladiator he will partner up with Gyan instead (presuming Randolf becomes a Baron instead).
Either way he gains a higher HP and attack growth post promotion with his best growth laying on his defense. His defense growth is on par with Lemon and he experiences a steadier speed growth.
He is the weakest of his class type and is a low-mid tier fighter. Unlike Lug before him, he is without a partner to stand solid against for some time and ends up having trouble keeping pace with other fighters in the Force because of it. In this case, the character he will be finally paired up with until promotion is Randolf.
Due to the way the game is set up, with plenty of choice fighters, there is little reason to have both Jaha and Randolf as Gladiators. Doing so will deprive Lemon of a partner while having less diversity within the Shining Force. Compared to Gyan, his defense growth is overall lower.
