What's new on Shining Wiki

January 19 - We've Moved!

For various reasons, the Shining fan community came to the conclusion that this little encyclopedia would work better as an independent Wiki site. From now on, go to this site for the most up-to-date version of the Shining Wiki. For the moment the main page is barren, but don't let that fool you; all the articles from this wikia have been successfully transferred to the new wiki. Come check it out.

November 8 - New Articles Popping Up

We've had a small surge of new editors this month, and in part because of that we have several great new articles. I particularly point out the very thorough Friendships, and Cypress and Iom (nation), two articles which I'll probably be giving undue attention to. Also, there's some new stuff on Shining Force III characters. Finally, the renovation of Shining Force CD characters is finished, so we now have a decent article for every playable character in the game! Check it out. (On the downside, I haven't been able to stir up much input at Forum:Watercooler.)

October 18 - There's a new Sheriff in Town

Yep, the Wikia Community Central gave me admin and bureaucrat rights. Hopefully our dear founder Mr.Kraken will return at some point, but until then, I'll do the best I can with keeping this boat afloat. I've already started on a lot of sorting stuff out and getting rid of bad articles, but there's more to come, and I need YOUR input. Check out the topics at Forum:Watercooler.

October 4 - Changing Administration

We haven't had an admin for over half a year now, so it's about time we got one. All active editors on this Wiki, please go to Forum:Wiki adoption and voice your opinion on who the new admin should be.

September 30 - As this site approaches its second anniversary...

...it seems about darn time the featured article, featured media, and "what's new" got updated, isn't it? Especially since "Bowie" was made the featured article at a time when it was the ONLY article on the Wiki! Well, that's all taken care of. We also have a bunch of new articles on the Wiki for you to check out. In case you haven't heard, there's a new Shining game coming out for the PSP, so that's been added to the series list as well.

Adding content

• Every wiki has two list of articles that need help called "Stubs" and "Wanted Articles". Don't be shy, get in there.
